We gebruiken de selfservice en lopen door naar het moeilijkste punt, Security. Tot onze opluchting blijken daar wel rijen te staan, maar 30 minuten later kunnen we doorlopen richting douane, waar ook voor onze neus de selfservice opengaat. Met andere woorden, 40 minuten nadat we Schiphol binnenstappen zitten we aan de koffie met een muffin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na ook een voorspoedige vlucht, met enkel een onderbroken landing, de piloot vertelde dat zich nog een vliegtuig op de landingsbaan bevond, kwamen we bijna op de geplande tijd aan. En zelfs de befaamde en beruchte check die je ondergaat bij binnenkomst van de USA, duurde vandaag 2 minuten. Koffers halen, huurauto halen, en op naar de eerste stop. Pontiac, IL. Inchecken, simkaart kopen, en snel ff wat eten bij de Taco Bell.
